All AU/NZ orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Sendle or Australia Post. Generally post takes 2 business days to cities in NSW, VIC & QLD. But please allow up to 9 business days to reach Australia wide or during peak periods.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Sendle or Australia Post. Please allow between 9-23 business days for delivery to New Zealand.

DELIVERY TO UNITED STATES

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our US Amazon warehouse. Please allow 3-4 business days for standard postage.

DELIVERY TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

All international orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Sendle or Australia Post depending on which is faster to your location. 

All international orders - flat rate of AUD$18.00 for standard postage. 

Import Duties and Taxes are not included in postage costs and may be payable to the local customs office upon receipt/pickup of the parcel. It is recommended you confirm the estimated duties and taxes with your local customs office prior to ordering.

 

PACKAGING

All items are packaged in biodegradable polybags and shipped using biodegradable or paper mailers. Please place biodegradable bags in your regular rubbish bin and any paper/card in your recycling bin. We are committed to making environmental change and minimising single use plastics in our business. 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If you think your order was damaged during postage please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order. 

If you've received your Sendle or Australia Post tracking number but think your order has been lost please contact us so we can follow it up.
